Balloon Owner's Release Form

New Mexico Quilter’s Association (NMQA), organized in 1974, is an educational organization whose main purpose shall be to stimulate a greater interest in quilting in its membership and in the community at large, by providing information about quilting and instruction in training to people who are interested in quilting. The proceeds from our annual Balloon Quilt Raffle go to support the programs of NMQA.

If you have flown your balloon at the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, and wish to have your balloon design considered for inclusion in a future raffle quilt:

  • Complete a Balloon Owner's Release Form.
  • Mail a non-returnable color photo of your balloon.
  • If possible, mail swatches of fabric to aid in color matching (optional).
  • Feel free to add comments about special features (pennants, flags, etc.).
  • Return this form, the photo, and the swatches to:
