At each meeting, you may borrow: 
5 books numbered 1800 & above; includes all OS #s
3 additional books, book #s under 1800 
2 miscellaneous items (Misc. #s, i.e. DVDs, template sets)
4 magazines

Items are due at the meeting in 2 months. You may renew items once, on or before 
the date they are due, unless they have been reserved by someone else. Return items 
at a meeting, to one of the five shops listed on the reverse, or to our house.
Note: shop return deadline is the Wednesday before a meeting.

Requesting or renewing items:
You may renew or reserve items by email, phone or at meetings. Reserved items are held for
1 meeting only. Requests for items must be received no later than Sat. before a meeting.

Overdue items:
Please return overdue items ASAP. If you have items overdue from a previous meeting,
you may not borrow more until all overdue items have been returned.

Lost or damaged items:
Contact us if an item is lost or damaged while you have it checked out.

NMQA web page:
The library list, not including magazines, is on the NMQA web page (www.nmqa.nm.org), 
with occasional lag time after new purchases. If you request an item from the list, 
please give the author &/or a portion of the title, as well as the number. 
Let us know if you do not see a title you‘re looking for, or have other questions. 
Your input is important. 

Donations:
We accept donations of quilt magazines & quilt or fiber-related books & patterns. 
Drop donations off at our house, in a book return box, or at a meeting. 
Label them as a donation to the library. (If you have a substantial number, 
please contact us before bringing them to a meeting or leaving them at a shop, 
in case other arrangements are needed.) Most items will be placed in the library sale; 
some may be added to the library, or used by other NMQA committees.

If you wish to purchase or donate a specific item for the library collection, 
please check with us before doing so.

To borrow  library items between meetings:
In many cases, it is possible to arrange to borrow items between meetings. 
Please contact us by email or phone.
